# New Listings 431 437 -1.4%
# Under Contract 294 291 +1.0%
# Closed Sales 294 275 +6.9%
Average Sales Price $294,708 $278,760 +5.7%
Average Price per sq ft $120.44 $117.13 +2.8%

A drop in new listings for Edmond is a welcomed change.  Our market will continue improvement as new listings cease to outpace sales across most price ranges. Average sales prices are still increasing, which is good.  The number where we need a boost is # of contracts and # of closed sales.  Stay tuned next month for the year-end review for Oklahoma City and Edmond/ Deer Creek real estate!
