Fewer transactions overall - that is the main thing that stands out in our Real Estate Market so far this year. Down 28.5% from last year.

I am still seeing the best listings go very fast and the average days on market are still pretty low.
- Average Days on Market OKC = 37
- Average Days on Market Edmond/Deer Creek = 31
- Average Days on Market Yukon/Mustang = 26

Prices are holding steady and up from last year (see chart below). It will be interesting to see how this particular stat holds to the end of the first quarter. Stay tuned!
